Hi all, subject says it all really. Recommendations will be greatfully
appreciated. I am looking for the word processor to do the following.
1. How many pages are in a document and to be able to see how many pages I have
written.
2. This one is important I want to be able to see my word count for any given
document.
3. Also just as important file formats. In theory, I would like a word
processor to be able to switch between Windows and Mac without any
compatibility issues. So that I can open a document up on my Mac and like wise
do the same on my windows computer.
4. Finally I would like to be able to hear the text attributes when making such
changes. What I mean by this is that If I want to select some text and e.g.
bold it, I would like voiceover to announce that what I have selected has been
bolded. I don't want it to read such changes when performing a say all, but it
would be good to know if it can do that as well.
Sorry if this sounds a lot of information that I want a free word processor to
do but I would like to be able to do all this stuff and hopefully do it without
paying for anything but if it comes to doing that, then I will do that.
I look forward th hearing your suggestions and comments on what you use for
your word processor programme.
Many Thanks
