[mac4theblind] Setting up an email group?

I'm using Snow Leopard. Can someone tell me how to set up and use an email
group? I have an announcement I send out each week and I'd like to set up a
list so I can send the email without having to remember each entry. I can't
figure out how to do it. Need help. Thanks.
