[mac4theblind] Resetting VoiceOber preferences?

So I figured out the issue with the braille display and keyboard
commands not working. Someone, and we're not sure who, removed all of
the braille keyboard commands from VoiceOver. So, my question is, is
there anyway to reset them all back to their defaults instead of
having to go through and remapping the entire lot? My Macbook at home
was not messed with, so I saved my VO preferences on a thumb drive and
loaded them on this Macbook at work. However, the braille keyboard
commands are not retained, so this option is out.
