This question is difficult for me to frame but here goes. How can I read email grouped by conversation. I've read in the help that the conversations are collapsed and there is a discosure triangle to click which will uncollapse it. I hear disclosure triangle spoken but don't know how to click it. Using vo plus spacebar just brings up a menu. The enter key does do anything. I spent a little time, well an hour actually with a one on one appointment at apple but the poor guy who couldn't have bgeen more helpful couldn't figure it eiother.
