I think it is not an accessibility issue but a good idea for them to do it or 
for someone to find a way to use the current bt module in ios for this purpose. 
 After all, if it can be used for headphones and keyboards, why not gps 
receivers.

I wonder if a gps receiver could be designed with an app which had the support 
for it.
