Jenny,

One thing that may help is to configure itunes so that it is easier to work 
with.  To answer your current issue of deleting the address of the content you 
want to delete, you may have already found it.  I usually tab to the sources 
list, arrow down to internet playlist for instance, tab to the list if there is 
something in it and delete it.
