the only way I know of to delete from your device is to delete from te playlist and sync. if you first have the content on the mac. it will not delete it from the mac, it will only delete it from the playlist. It will still be in the music source. On Nov 28, 2011, at 9:34 PM, Christopher-Mark Gilland wrote: Yes. I can try being less roetorical. To clarify, I am exceedingly mystified that no one else seems to be experiencing the problem I am ostensively encountering with ITunes. As I proclaimed in my initial contribution which I wrote, There are two playlists located in ITunes. One of which, I use for syncronizing my music from ITunes to my IPhone. The aim for doing this is that I do not possess enough capassity on my IPhone to adiquitly support all my music. Therefore, I have it configured as such. Upon endeavoring to delete music which I have already purchased through the ITunes store, that is not already downloaded upon my Macbook, I observe that after syncronizing my IPhone, the music is inevitably not present in either my transfers playlist which is created locally on my Mac, nor do the tracks reside in the playlist which is stationed directly on my IPhone device. Patently, this means I am unable to effectuate the venture which is at hand of deleting tracks off my device without them leaving my local macbook ITunes library. David, I candidly trust that this is less roetorical for your knowledge, and that it proves to be more inclusive according to your judgement.
