[mac4theblind] Compact voice button!

Hi, I found the compact voice button on my Ipad1 but cannot find it on my
old iphone3gs. So I assume that the old iphone3gs will not run the HQ
voices? So is this why it is not showing up on the iphone3gs and is showing
up on the Ipad1 as it can run the HQ voices?
