I also agree. Businesses exist to make profit, not to serve the public.
For corporate prisons, prisoners are the source of their profit. What
incentive is there to allow empty cells? Further, if they are successful
and profitable enough to influence Congress, corporate prisons could
bring about Camus' notion of the last jailer locking himself up.
