Palma invites P. Enns:
you are kindly invited then to produce ice which isn't H20.
----

Exactly.

The problem, Adriano, with the anglo-types, is 'ice', which has unknown
etym.

For us, 'gelare' makes a lot of sense.

It's congealed water, or congealed dihydrogen monoxide they mean.

"I stink" -- was a favourite of Austin.

--- this is the result of the previous move, "What do you get when you
solidify the content of an ink pot?" and the third move is, "Get a shower
then".

[ME. congele(n, a. OF. congeler (14th c. in Littré) 3rd sing. pres.
congèle, ad. L. congelare, f. con- together + gelare to freeze, f. gelum, gelu
