that particular game - as the result attests. 

3. If Germany scrape past Spain to victory it will be the football equivalent 
of the Nazis defeating the Red Army, especially if its on penalties. While we 
understand Walter's pain, this cannot stand in the way of sensible Habermasian 
understanding of what reason requires us to support here, especially as a dram 
may cure WO.

4. While a rogue, directless Conquistadore might be the genetic explanation for 
Stalin's tache and Breshnev's monobrow and even that red patch on Gorb, this 
must be weighed against a much, much more important fact - Hitler and his 
hordes. Never forget.

5. Fabregas may gas in the School Of Soccer Platitudes in a way that renders 
literary types sniffy, but skill on the ball is the same in any language. And 
in that he is articulate like the Plato of old (from Greece, not Brazil). [His 
substitution turned the game].
