I was thinking about US homelessness yesterday and today; yesterday as
I bought my Big Issue, as I do every Monday, from my local seller; she
is homeless in that she lives in a hostel, but is not homeless in the
way I think your homeless people are. (Big Issue stuff here:

Then today as I decided not to give to the man who sits in shop
doorways asking for money but who doesn't actually sleep on the
street.
The number of homeless people is growing here in Wales but new
shelters are being built.
