My brother used to say there were two kinds of people: nuts and dolts.

My own version divides people into those who seek out the front of the bus and those who seek out the back. Alas, good girl that my mother made me, I usually sat in the front -- knowing full well that all the fun was being had in the back. Remember when the back of the bus was wreathed in smoke? Dark, mysterious things punctuated by laughter and loud whispers went on behind that smokescreen. I'm sure of it. Ursula, still riding in the dark after all these years...
