The NHS doesn't pay for coverage overseas but following a High Court judgment, 
will have to send people to France etc. for treatment (paying the fare as well) 
if they have waited "an unreasonable time" for treatment. As everybody in Wales 
does have such a wait, I have high hopes....

that's what I meant really, I made the point because of the Medicare thing 
(which I now see is wrong)
