I dipped into my Scottish magazine yesterday and came away with the
following gem, "But Victoria Collision-Owen of the Scottish Redundant
Churches Trust, a private group that raises money for threatened
churches, also sees a troubling flip side to the plan..." What is the
plan? To find alternative uses for empty churches. What is the flip
side? People who were married or baptized in a church get annoyed when
it's turned into a pub.
