Teemu: Defence, good defence that is, works in depth and by the time
the terrorist have a SCUD with a 250k warhead all defences have already failed.
Eric: We could perhaps enhance the radiological detection of international
waters close to a medium -sized missile's firing range, but if the terrorists'
were to have any decent shielding at all, nothing would show up. So yeas...you
may be right. Allowing proliferation in countries like North Korea and Iran are
the first steps toward the unthinkable.
