Belgium is linguistically interesting in that half speak French and half speak 'Vlamms, Nederlands -- i.e. Dutch)) There's this story of a French-speaking king (of the Flemish) who meant to say -- in the balcony, to the crowds -- "I am your king" and went on to actually say, "I am your rabbit" -- 'koenig' and 'koenic'? I don't remember the exact wording of how 'rabbit' and 'king' are spelt in Nederlands. Maybe it's a Belgium urban myth?
