Simon: I can't help but agree. See, that didn't hurt. You agreed.Imagine an optimistic future scenario. Nuclear proliferation has resulted in air, land, and sea full of radioactive isotopes from limited nuclear exchanges (Pakistan-India, Burma-China, North Korea-Japan, just to guess three). Those starving, genetically damaged survivors might wish we had possessed the Draconian resolve to stop the nukefest now.
