As I understand it, ACORN attorney alerted the clerk re fraudulent
signatures on registration sheets. I do not think paid people ought to be
collecting signatures. They have nothing at stake. I believe one of the
signatures was Mickey Mouse. At least he won't be turning up on election
day.
I do understand politics. But some have standards a little higher than
others. Samantha Powers was one of my heroes. Until she called Hillary a
monster. Without whom and people like Hillary, she wouldn't be where she
is. Obama fired her. I appreciate that.
I don't have a lot of hope. But I do have a little. And the Democratic
Party is more in line with my values. That being said, I love this country
and the Constitution more than party or politics, etc. For that reason, I
want honest elections. Otherwise, I want UN observers here. From somewhere
where elections have a reputation for being clean, at least relatively so.
If either one of these candidates actually put country first,
they would ask us to pay more taxes to get us out of the
mess we are in.
Veronica

Veronica: What really scares me is the effort at voter suppression. If
they steal this one, there will be rioting in the streets and I will be
there.
Ha-ha! ACORN can register every fictitious character from all novels
seventeen times everywhere, and that doesn't strike you as stealing?
It's politics. Both sides are unprincipled, vicious, and making every
effort to "steal" the election. Both sides. Sharks versus sharks.
I understand that you want your sharks to win, but why get worked up? It's
like taking sides in a Mafia war. Plus it's bad for the blood pressure.
Be comforted in the certainty that whoever wins will disregard you, betray
their election promises, and serve their true masters at the expense of
the best interests of the republic.
