EY:
It's politics. Both sides are unprincipled, vicious, and making every effort to "steal" the election. Both sides. Sharks versus sharks.

Remembering the words of my former father-in-law, a one-man bastion of Republicanism if ever there were one, when following on one of my tirades against American capitalism's exploitation of the peoples of Latin America: "My," he said, "aren't you the cynical one."

Even I had to laugh. But a righteous anger hath the Lord. Mr. Schmitt's dead now and I carry on, baptizing the world in the name of the People, and their childish dreams and all of it wholly without hope. I suspect he suspected I would take advantage of his demize, turning out leftist children safely beyond his reach. And so it goes.

Veronica: What really scares me is the effort at voter suppression. If they steal this one, there will be rioting in the streets and I will be there.

Ha-ha! ACORN can register every fictitious character from all novels seventeen times everywhere, and that doesn't strike you as stealing?

I understand that you want your sharks to win, but why get worked up? It's like taking sides in a Mafia war. Plus it's bad for the blood pressure.

Be comforted in the certainty that whoever wins will disregard you, betray their election promises, and serve their true masters at the expense of the best interests of the republic.
