I wonder if that is true everywhere. I mean, why wouldn't it be? One thinks about expensive equipment like plasma TVs, but who is strong enough to steal one? If people go to High Definition DVDs, the players can cost upwards of $1500. Those might be worth a thief's time, but how would he know who had one? And by the time everyone got one, the price might be down to 20 quid like everything else.
