Nah, you Brits merely gave it a name.
The ancient Assyrians used forced resettlement.
Their captives were led away like animals, with
iron bits drilled through their jaws, leashed to
horses and chariots. They were often marched to
death.
The Assyrians didn't call their resettled
populations "camps."
