Judy: I see that still, people are focussing on this case, not on Texas.

Yes, and Tom DeLay is going on the offensive behind the scenes, trying to
maintain his position.  But I am reading that a lot of Republicans are
turning on him.

Also, I don't know if anyone has read this, but the reason we don't see him
in front of the cameras in the last few days is that CBS had an article
that told how he and his family pulled the plug on his father after the
latter had a very severe head injury.
