Eric, what's the population density of New York City?

Omar:
First, a person has a right to return but does it
apply to descendants several generations down. And by
the way, this logically implies that all of ones
relatives have the right to enter the same nations
that he inhabits.

Second, that A has right to x doesn't necessarily mean
than A must get x. If a person doesn't get a fair
trial, in most legal system he is cleared of charges
and not given a new trial. More to the point,
justified property claims are resolved by a reasonable
compensation: if a developer buils a mall in what
turns out to be my piece of land, the sensible way to
resolve the situation is for them to pay me
compensation and not for the mall to be torn down.

Cheers,
