[lit-ideas] Posting Error -- the Terror of Posting

Oops. I received a post from Edward Gleason that I assumed had been sent to
the list originally. I responded, thinking I was sending it to the list. But
then, on checking my Sent folder, I noticed that my message had gone to Gleason
instead of the list -- Walter O's email settings send list replies to him
personally instead of to the list -- I learned that not too long ago -- so I
assumed that Gleason's settings were the same and I just forwarded my response
to him to the list without confirming that was the case. Then I checked the
original message and lo and behold! it WAS a personal one to me, not to the
list, to me, little ol' me, my very own post, all my own. Oops. Sorry about
that Ed, didn't mean to blow your cover. I'll try to be more cautious in the
future. Blame Walter. I certainly do.
