[lit-ideas] Re: Paper cuts, atomic bombs....

I did see that .... I decided to take the attitude of skepticism, deciding I
would believe it was not weapons grade and that I should feel reassured that
the ijits were caught.  However, denial rarely lasts long.  I wonder what
kind of damage could be done with "just refined" radioactive material.
