I agree, but how is it relevant?  If we both agree that I was only
making an assertion, and there was no pretence to an argument, why are
you going on about an argument?  Is this some whacked-out Popperian way
of asking me to justify my assertion?  No wonder Wittgenstein went after
Popper with the poker.
