As a former Pennsylvanian, I am certain that the keystone state will
come through for Kerry. The previous governor, Tom Ridge, of Homeland
Security fame, did such a bad job of managing state funds that
Pennsylvanians immediately voted in a Democrat governor, and are likely
to vote in a Democrat President.
As for rainfall, it's only a light shower in eastern PA, with rain not
fully developing until around midnight.
