[lit-ideas] Re: On a Roll

Well, my kids were shipped off to Grandma's & their Dad's while I was  
convalescing and that left Jim ....who runs around like crazy seeing patients  
and 
whose philosophy as a single Dad, before we married, was to buy disposable  
dishes exclusively....I'm on a pity-me roll today.  Mom just discovered  that 
in 
addition to her rapidly advancing cancer she has a very large blood clot  in 
her groin, requiring emergency surgery.  Since Bronwyn did not have her  seat 
belt on during the accident (which according to the police saved her life)  DFS 
wants to come out and inspect my home....on the bright side, wet stuff came  
out of the sky yesterday for the first time in a month!
