That honor belongs to Ronald Reagan.  Ronald Reagan and Dirty Harry
singlehandedly brought down the Soviet Union.  At the very least they
should share the credit with OBL.  Stalin had nothing to do with it. 
Besides, Ronnie could even have played Dirty Harry, so there, that proves
Ronnie's really the man who brought down the Soviet Union.
