I was heard that's an usual drama technique -- at the RADA, for  example.
To go through, 'Mary had a little lamb' going through the gamut of facial  
expressions, etc.
 
MIRACLES in Obstetrics: Mary had a little lamb
GLUTTONY: Mary had a little lamb for breakfast
etc.
