The clear favourites in google are Housebound and Books on Wheels.
But other possibilities...
Books to Go.
Books with Wings. (obvious graphic here...) and the drivers are angels, no?
Book Express.
It's a worthwhile program. My mother made use of it here for a while.
Laid up in bed, she read about five books a week.
