Does everyone remember that we used to have an official Chider? Several people held that post. David Savory was the best.



I do. I was briefly one, or this is my memory? I can't recall actually chiding, though I could conjugate with the best of them, "I chide, you chide, he she or it chides."

Somehow we've left out Mirembe.

And that other fellow, who was also in Portland.

It could all be looked up, I'm sure, and there's a comfort in that. People say that history is useless, but it's good to know that the sand bucket's there, for when the A.R.P. runs shouting through the streets.
