There's no objective verification of this. None of
those statements can be used in any court.
On the contrary, the 9/11 Commission said the
testimony of KSM worked. The 9/11 Commission
Report is full of footnoted references to
testimony by KSM, testimony that was only accepted
after it had been later confirmed by multiple sources.
You are also wrong about the statements not being
used in court. KSM's confession is considered good
enough for the trial of Z. Moussaoui. See:
