I don't know the phonetic symbols, Julie.  (There are Welsh vowels that don't 
exist
 in English.) I have found a recording. The speaker shortens the 'e' sound and

I also found this description, it isn't quite right but  will do

"here-eye-th" with  a rolled breathy "r" and a long breathy second
 syllable
