[lit-ideas] Inspired by Carol

Given Carol's description of the medical services
available to registered students, it occurred to
me that we could solve the entire health care problem.

Enroll every US citizen in college! Colleges and
universities could change their full-time/
part-time classifications to

Fast-track full time: 12 credit hours per semester

        and

Slow-track full time: 3 credit hours every ten years.

People enrolled in the slow track full time
program--all 200+ million of them--would be given
health services at the universities if they have
registered for or completed their three-credit
hours every ten years. Three credit courses for
this study track will be subsidized on a sliding
scale.

Special courses would be made available to provide
the challenged with the necessary credits. These
could include:

Air Lab - students will learn they are inside a
giant bubble of air that covers the globe and
stretches miles above them. They will be required
to walk through it.

What Time Is It? - includes a monthly quiz that
requires students to determine the exact time.
Partnering is allowed.

What Is My Name? - students will learn that most
human beings have names, many of them different,
and will be required to pronounce their own
personal name, or create a special personal name
of their own.
