It's legal Chinese and Indians. Southeast Asians can do production at better quality (because they have new infrastructure and new production facilities) at lower costs (because it's cheaper to live there). They have a huge, highly educated workforce. The Indian middle class, the existence of which seems to shock Andy, who apparently assumed they were all a bunch of Gunga Dins, is larger than the entire US population.
