Barney Frank's sex partner ran a prostitution ring out of
Frank's own place, used Frank's Congressional limo to
deliver the male prostitutes to their johns...and then
Barney Frank "fixed" about 100 parking tickets the limo
received while in the process of delivering the prostitutes.
At least that's what Barney Frank admitted to doing. Then it
was spun to look like a gay rights issue, and Frank remains
in office.
