Well here we are at last.  The IAEA has determined that Iran is in defiance
of the UN requirements.  The next important step will be for the Security
Council to decide to institute sanctions, perhaps not the "all-out sanctions
against Tehran" that Mohaddessin called for, but something.  Will China and
Russia agree to sanctions?  We have about 18 months before Iran has its "fat
boy" according to Mohaddessin.
