The thing will not have 13 stories.
"One story too many", he said in the press conference.
----- The swimming-pool will be properly conditioned, at room temperature.
On being asked what room temperature was supposed to designate he uttered,
"not your drama queen's idea, anyways".
Rather than a basketball court, it will have a LaCrosse court ('a better
representation of western civilisation, as we know it').
"No meditation rooms, either -- but bed cubicles, yes -- one per story."
