To the extent that he is some shadowy figure walked over by others.  I
think he's in control and just doesn't like or care about the country. 
Downright dislikes it.  He's now repeated with ICE what he did with FEMA,
wants to put in someone with no experience at all to run ICE.  Maybe he's
stupid on top of everything too.

I said Hillary and McCain would make a good combination.  You think that's
knee jerk?  Rhetorical question.  My opinions of Bush have not changed
since before he was elected the first time.  I knew he was bad news and
he's turned out to be worse than even I ever expected.
