[lit-ideas] Re: For Geary

Yet another example of the liabilities of conferencing: the first game I was
able to watch was the one last night (1-0). On the other hand, I did get to
hear Hilary Putnam recycling a lecture on emotivism he must have written in the
late 70s and Stanley Cavell talking about .... actually, I'm never quite sure
what Cavell is ever talking about. Richard Bernstein was OK ... though he is an
Aristotelian.
