Correction. For better or for worse, depending on which side of the fence
you're sitting, terrorists apply the moral law within. All others must
submit to law applied from without. Lord of the Flies is what happens
without law. It's happening now in Iraq. The golden rule is a wonderful
theoretical construct. In reality it has to be forced onto the species.
