Paul I agree. I had no idea of this till I looked it up (I did

have a shrewd suspicion that "violent" covered rather a lot
of things...)

funny you should say that :) *outrageously*, "murder" here is
simply
"murder" (no "murder one/two") and includes
acts where there was no intent to kill (that's being changed).

Yeah violent crime (seriously, that could end up in these stats
as
of course they emerge from a survey and include acts the police
don't classify as crimes -- unless they're being exceptionally
bloody-minded...)
