BLOWBACK HITS MUTTON BOARD

[HUGO BLOWBACK]

Violence erupted today in the Mutton Board Room when Chairman Hugo Blowback, incensed by perceived encouragement of the ongoing campus protests, hurled a lectern at a piano, causing the piano to collapse, slightly injuring two board members.

Outside in the summer rain, several dozen protesters chanted, "New Zealand, Australia, Greece, Uruguay, and Ireland!"

[MUTTON PROTEST]

"It's my Mutton, New Zealand" said Ran Dankleson, a student activist. "These countries think they can pull the wool over us. Southdown rams with Romney ewes and suddenly our university is being sold."

Mutton has been under siege since it was revealed that the long lionized college has received substantial financial assistance from the agricultural trade bureaus of New Zealand, Australia, Greece, Uruguay, and Ireland.

Whether Blowback will remain at Mutton is unclear. Witnesses to today's incident reported that Blowback received medical attention along with two injured colleagues.
