It is indeed known across 3 English speaking countries, one German speaking
country and one Russian speaking country that Walter is a very responsible
person. If anything goes wrong, he's responsible.
Fortunately compensating my penchant for equivocationm are shoulders
sufficiently broad to carry the blame and subsequent ignominy from all
countries involved.
(Am I beginning to sound like Adam Smith? Speaking of which, does anyone else
agree that his *Theory of moral sentiments* is neither a theory nor about
morality? And where is there an account of stages of developement? I'll take
any kind of development at present.)
