All'interno di mol devi configurare indirizzo e gw in base a questa
intefaccia di rete:
fai un ifconfig sull'host: quando mol viene avviato dovresti trovare una
nuova interfaccia di rete (tun0 appunto).
Da dentro osx metti un indirizzo ip della stessa classe di quello di
tun0 e poi metti l'indirizzo ip di tun0 come gateway.
Se non ricordo male (l'ultima volta che ho usato mol à stato mesi fa),
si occupano gli script di mol a configurare il nat (ma potrei
sbagliarmi). Comunque una volta fatta questa operazione dovresti
quantomeno riuscire a pingare tra host e mol.
