[lighttechinteractive] run time error 429 in boppit ultimate

Hi list members...I am new here but I have been playing light games for quite a 
while now...

I have just downloaded boppit ultimate and I am getting this error When running 
it...

Runtime error 429 active x cannot create an object...

I am using windows Vista home basic...

Do I stil need to install the componets needed or they are already with vista?
