Thanks for the great info Parham, I noticed that not everyone knows this, so it 
was indeed useful.
In fact, i see messages like that on different mailing lists, like NVDA and 
Audyssey (how to set up mail folders and receive messages there, how to see 
other's e-mail, etc.).
Btw, i contacted him, so everything is fine now, smiles.

Just something for later refferense, if you press aplications key on the 
email and press up arrow to go to the properties and press enter on it, then 
vertualise the window, and you will get something like this:
