Just something for later refferense, if you press aplications key on the email and press up arrow to go to the properties and press enter on it, then vertualise the window, and you will get something like this:

Of course you can just press alt+enter and get here, but thought I'd tell you what you do so that if anyone else doesn't know, they would, and I had to talk simply so excuse me if you knew most of what I said.
